Use and care

Read the markings and manufacturer's instructions on the individual helmet before use. Fit the suspension correctly, inspect the shell and suspension before each use, and replace any damaged parts or a helmet that has received a significant impact. Clean with mild soap and lukewarm water; avoid paints, solvents and adhesives. This Type 1 style is intended for protection against impacts to the top of the shell, not front, side or rear impacts. Use only for work and hazards appropriate to the markings on your individual helmet.
