Refund Policy

All sales on items priced $10.00 and under are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for these items, except for items that arrive damaged or defective, or an incorrect item sent by us or our supplier.

For items priced above $10.00, return requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

To request a return, email timesofourlives504@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will email a return shipping label and instructions to the email address on your order. For ordinary returns, we will disclose the label cost before issuing it and deduct that amount from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for ordinary returns.

Items originally shipped from overseas may be returned to our local US warehouse for inspection. Contact us before shipping any return. We will confirm the appropriate return address and email the approved return label to the email address on your order. Do not return items directly to an overseas supplier unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item sent by us or our supplier, contact us before returning it. These items are eligible for return regardless of price, including items priced $10.00 and under. Return-label costs will not be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
